The File No. 2025050232 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 99-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Superintendent for Entity Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 26, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Conservador Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, the modifications subject of the request refer to the denomination of the fund, typology, objective and investment policy, method of assigning share value, performance comparison indicator, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator has complied with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 99-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6 of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Conservador Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV", which shall hereinafter be named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Conservador Mediano Plazo Dólares FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation referred to in Article 1st of this resolution shall enter into force on February 12, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
