General Superintendent Resolution No. 013-2026-SMV/11.1
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (SMV) orders the exclusion of the common shares representing the capital stock of Diviso Grupo Financiero S.A. from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange. This exclusion is granted following a unanimous shareholder resolution and verification that the shares have had no trading activity for more than three years, thereby exempting the issuer from the obligation to conduct a Public Offer for Exclusion. The resolution is to be published on the SMV's institutional website and communicated to the issuer, the Lima Stock Exchange, and CAVALI S.A. I.C.L.V.
