General Superintendent Resolution No. 015-2026-SMV/11.1
The Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) orders the exclusion of the "Second Issuance of Total Leasing Bonds of the Second Program," "Third Issuance of Total Leasing Bonds of the Second Program," and "Fourth Issuance of Total Leasing Bonds of the Second Program" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Lima Stock Exchange Registry. This exclusion is granted to Total Servicios Financieros Empresa de Créditos following the total cancellation of obligations arising from these securities. The resolution also confirms that a Public Buy Offer for Exclusion is not required due to the extinction of rights over the securities.
