HAVING SEEN:
The file No. 2026022717 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 810-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision of the Superintendency of the Securities Market;

CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until May 22, 2026, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the Superintendency of the Securities Market to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Duración Objetivo Latam FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the modification subject of the request refers to expenses and/or commissions for redemption operations abroad;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrating Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 810-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to what is established by Article 38, numeral 6) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Credicorp Capital Duración Objetivo Latam FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation referred to in Article 1st of this resolution shall enter into force on June 12, 2026.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Superintendency of the Securities Market (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
