The file No. 2026017239 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF, as well as Report No. 779-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents presented until May 19, 2026, BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF requested the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Real Estate FMIV,” referring to the denomination of the mutual fund, investment objective, performance comparison indicator, and amount of initial and subsequent subscriptions;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 779-2026-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with Article 38, numeral 6 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1°.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Real Estate FMIV”, to be named hereafter “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones EE.UU. FMIV”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market

Article 2°.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation referred to in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on June 5, 2026.
Article 3°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4°.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian of the mutual investment fund in securities mentioned in Article 1° of this resolution.
