General Superintendent Resolution No. 091-2026-SMV/10.2 Approving Registration of Modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Mutual Fund
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores approves the registration of modifications to the simplified prospectus and participation regulation of the mutual fund formerly named “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones Globales Real Estate FMIV,” which is to be renamed “Fondo de Fondos BBVA Acciones EE.UU. FMIV.” The changes, which include updates to the fund’s name, investment objective, performance benchmark, and initial and subsequent subscription amounts, enter into force on June 5, 2026. The resolution mandates the publication of the decision on the Superintendency’s Market Portal and directs its transcription to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and Banco BBVA Perú as custodian.
