HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025035930 initiated by Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 1239-2025-SMV/10.2 dated September 5, 2025 from the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through documents submitted until August 28, 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF Enfoque Global FMIV";

That, the changes mainly refer to the method of share value assignment, the deadline for redemption payments, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company complies with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations for Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Management Companies and its amendments; (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1239-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual fund for investment in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF Enfoque Global FMIV".

Article 2.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation indicated in the preceding Article 1 enter into force on September 18, 2025.

Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4.- Transmit this resolution to Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank in its capacity as custodian.
