General Superintendent Resolution on Supervision of Conduct No. 014-2026-SMV/11.1
This resolution orders the exclusion of Perubar S.A.'s investment shares from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Lima Stock Exchange Securities Registry. This exclusion is conditional upon the prior execution and liquidation of a Public Tender Offer for Exclusion (OPC) by Perubar S.A. Perubar S.A. must request the selection of a valuation entity within ten days of this resolution to determine the minimum OPC price and is obligated to formulate the OPC within the period specified in Article 44 of the Regulation on Public Tender Offer for Acquisition and Exclusion. Additionally, Perubar S.A. must disclose any due diligence or valuation reports related to its investment shares.
