General Supervision of Conduct Resolution No. 016-2026-SMV/11.1
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) orders the exclusion of seven specific bond issuances from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Lima Stock Exchange Registry due to the total cancellation of obligations. The affected securities are the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth, Ninth, and Tenth Issuances of the Fifth Financial Leasing Bond Program of Total Servicios Financieros EDPYME. The SMV also determines that an Exclusion Purchase Public Offer is not required because the rights over the securities have been extinguished.
