File No. 2026006112, as well as Internal Report No. 343-2026-SMV/11.1, from the General Superintendency of Conduct Supervision of the Deputy Superintendency of Market Conduct Supervision.
Whereas:
That, by means of writings presented on February 10, 2026, Total Servicios Financieros Empresa de Créditos requested the Superintendency of Securities Market – SMV, through the Single Window system, the exclusion of the securities called «Second Issuance of LEASING TOTAL Bonds» and «Fifth Issuance of LEASING TOTAL Bonds», which were registered and placed within the framework of the «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds», from the Public Registry of the Securities Market and the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange, due to the total cancellation of the obligations derived from them; That, under the provisions of Article 160 of the Consolidated Text of Law N° 27444 – General Administrative Procedure Law, approved by Supreme Decree N° 004-2019-JUS and its amendments, by means of Resolution of the General Superintendency SMV N° 007-2026-SMV/11.1 of February 20, 2026, the General Superintendency of Conduct Supervision – IGSC ordered the accumulation of the administrative procedures contained in files Nºs 2026006112 and 2026006114 of Total Servicios Financieros Empresa de Créditos, for their joint resolution in file N° 2026006112; That, it has been verified that, by means of Resolution of the General Superintendency SMV Nº 075-2012-SMV/11.1 of August 24, 2012, within the framework of an advance procedure, the issuance program called «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» was registered, for a maximum issuance amount of US$ 50,000,000.00 (Fifty Million and 00/100 United States Dollars) or its equivalent in soles currency, and the corresponding Framework Prospectus was registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, within the framework of the «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds», on November 16, 2012, under an automatic approval procedure, the securities called «Second Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» were registered, for a maximum issuance amount of

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml US$ 6,000,000.00 (Six Million and 00/100 United States Dollars), and the respective Supplement to the Framework Prospectus was registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and, subsequently, in the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange; That, within the framework of the «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds», on February 12, 2014, under an automatic approval procedure, the securities called «Fifth Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» were registered, for a maximum issuance amount of US$ 10,000,000.00 (Ten Million and 00/100 United States Dollars), and the respective Supplement to the Framework Prospectus was registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and, subsequently, in the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented by Total Servicios Financieros Empresa de Créditos, the presentation of the documents related to the total cancellation of the obligations derived from the securities called «Second Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» and «Fifth Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» has been verified; That, Total Servicios Financieros Empresa de Créditos has presented the information and documentation required by the Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law, Legislative Decree N° 861, approved by Supreme Decree N° 020-2023-EF, as well as by the Regulations for the Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and on the Stock Exchange, for the purpose of the exclusion of the securities «Second Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» and «Fifth Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds»; That, taking into account what is indicated in the preceding whereas clause, it is observed that with the exclusion of the securities «Second Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» and «Fifth Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds», all securities registered within the framework of the «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» will be excluded from the Public Registry of the Securities Market; that the validity period of the aforementioned issuance program has expired, making it impossible to make new placements and/or issuances of securities within its framework; and, that the cessation of public interest has occurred; complying with what is established in the last paragraph of Article 25 of the Regulations on Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 141-98-EF/94.10 and its amending norms, which states that with respect to programs, exclusion operates when the registration validity period has expired and
no securities have been placed within the framework of the program or when, having been placed, the security or securities are excluded from the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, Article 39, literals b) and d), of the Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law; as well as Articles 20 and 23 of the Regulations for the Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and on the Stock Exchange, establish that the exclusion of a security from the Public Registry of the Securities Market takes place by a reasoned resolution of the SMV when the extinction of rights over the security occurs, due to amortization, total redemption or other cause, and when the cessation of public interest occurs; That, in this sense, taking into consideration that Article 15 of the Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law and Article 2 of the Regulations of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 079-97-EF-94.10, establish that in the section «Of securities and issuance programs» of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, securities and issuance programs are registered, what is indicated in the preceding whereas clause, also applies to issuance programs, since these are subject to registration in the aforementioned registry; That, regarding the obligation to carry out a Public Tender Offer for Exclusion – PTO when a security is excluded from the Public Registry of the Securities Market, established in Article 41 of the Consolidated Text of the Securities Market Law and in Article 32 of the Regulations on Public Tender Offers for Acquisition and Purchase of Securities for Exclusion, approved by CONASEV Resolution N° 009-2006-EF/94.10 and its amending norms; it should be noted that the exclusions of the securities called «Second Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» and «Fifth Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» fall within the exception cause for not carrying out a PTO, as provided by Article 37, literal a), of the Regulations on Public Tender Offers for Acquisition and Purchase of Securities for Exclusion, and by the penultimate paragraph of Article 23 of the Regulations for the Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and on the Stock Exchange, since the extinction of rights over the securities has occurred; That, Article 7, numeral 6, of the Policy on Dissemination of Regulatory Projects, General Legal Norms, Early Agenda and Other Administrative Acts of the SMV, approved by SMV Resolution N° 014-2014-SMV/01 and its amending norms, establishes that decisions contained in administrative resolutions that resolve the exclusion of securities from the Public Registry of the Securities Market must be disseminated through the SMV Institutional Page on the Peruvian State's Single Digital Platform for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv); and, In accordance with the provisions of Article 39, literals b) and d), of the Consolidated
Text of the Securities Market Law; Articles 19, 20, 21 and 23 of the Regulations for the Registration and Exclusion of Securities in the Public Registry of the Securities Market and on the Stock Exchange; Article 25 of the Regulations on Primary Public Offering and Sale of Securities; as well as Article 46, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Superintendency of Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree N° 216-2011-EF and its amendments, which empowers the General Superintendency of Conduct Supervision to order the exclusion of securities from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. Resolves:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities called «Second Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» and «Fifth Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds», corresponding to the «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds», from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Rule in favor of the exclusion of the securities mentioned in the preceding article from the Securities Registry of the Lima Stock Exchange.

Article 3.- Order the ex officio exclusion of the issuance program called «Fourth Program for the Issuance of Leasing Total Bonds» from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 4.- Disseminate this resolution on the SMV Institutional Page on the Peruvian State's Single Digital Platform for Citizen Orientation (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5.- Transcribe this resolution to Total Servicios Financieros Empresa de Créditos, as issuer; to Banco de Crédito del Perú, as Representative of the Bondholders; to Bolsa de Valores de Lima S.A.; and, to CAVALI S.A. I.C.L.V.
