General Supervision of Conduct Resolution No. 034-2026-SMV/11.1
The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) registers COFIDE's 'Sixth Program of Debt-Representative Instruments' for issuance up to US$ 200,000,000.00 or its equivalent in Soles, and records the corresponding Master Prospectus in the Institutional Investors Market section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market (RPMV). Issuances under this program are restricted to institutional investors and must occur within six years from the registration date. The SMV's role is limited to verifying the submission of required documentation, without validating the content, the issuer's solvency, or the investment risks.
