General Supervision of Conduct Superintendent Resolution No. 025-2026-SMV/11.1

The Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) approves the registration of Banco Santander Perú S.A.'s "Second Corporate Bonds Program" with a maximum circulation amount of US$ 200,000,000.00 or its equivalent in Soles, and registers the corresponding Master Prospectus in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (RPMV). The resolution also inscribes two specific issuances under this program: the "First Issuance" and the "Second Issuance," each with a maximum circulation amount of S/ 300,000,000.00, along with their respective Master Prospectus Supplements. The program is valid for six years, requiring an updated Master Prospectus after three years, and allows for the placement of securities within an irrevocable three-year period from the date of inscription, subject to automatic approval procedures if the issuer maintains qualified entity status and issues typical securities.
