File No. 2025052423 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF, as well as Report No. 15-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted until January 6, 2026, BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the Participation Regulation corresponding to the securities mutual investment fund named Fondo de Fondos BBVA Distributivo High Yield EE.UU. FMIV, referring to the denomination of the mutual fund, investment objective, mandatory scheduled redemptions, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 15-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the Participation Regulation of the securities mutual investment fund named Fondo de Fondos BBVA Distributivo High Yield EE.UU. FMIV, to be named hereafter Fondo de Fondos BBVA Deuda High Yield FMIV, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the Participation Regulation, indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on January 27, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian of the securities mutual investment fund mentioned in Article 1 of this resolution.
