Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company;
CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXVI FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024032916 on July 31, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXIX FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024034712 on August 12, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 1 FMIV", was registered via Resolution of General Supervision of Entities Intendancy No. 119-2025-SMV/10.2 of June 20, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Tesoro Americano Dólares", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances of article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1; That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is due to the expiration of their term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXVI FMIV",
"Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXIX FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 1 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp
