The file No. 2025052639 initiated by Promoinvest Fund Administrator Society S.A.A., as well as Report No. 205-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until January 30, 2026, Promoinvest Fund Administrator Society S.A.A. requested the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Structured Notes and Global Income FMIV PRINS4", its Participation Regulation and its corresponding Annex, Simplified Prospectus and Administration Contract, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through Office No. 061-2026-SMV/10.2 of January 8 2026 (hereinafter, FIRST OFFICE) and Office No. 367-2026-SMV/10.2 of January 27 2026 (hereinafter, SECOND OFFICE), various observations were made regarding the documentation presented by Promoinvest Fund Administrator Society S.A.A.; That, from the review of the documentation sent, it was noted that Promoinvest Fund Administrator Society S.A.A. did not remedy observations formulated in the FIRST and SECOND OFFICE, referring to the criterion that must comply with the denomination of a mutual fund, according to subsection c) of article 61 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION); That, likewise, the lack of concordance in the limits of the investment policy was determined, with respect to investments in structured notes and instruments without risk classification. Regarding this, the minimum limit of investment in structured notes with risk classification is 60%, however it states that it may invest in other investments without risk classification up to 100%, which would not be possible;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, additionally, it was noted that the administration contract omitted incorporating the information required in subsection a) of article 40 of the REGULATION; Being in accordance with what is provided in article 1, subsection b), of the Unified Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and its modifying norms; and article 38, numerals 6 and 7 of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1°.- Deny the request for registration of the mutual
investment fund in securities named "Structured Notes and Global Income FMIV PRINS4", and its Participation Regulation and its corresponding Annex, Simplified Prospectus and Administration Contract, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2°.- Order the dissemination of this
resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3°.- Transmit this resolution to
Promoinvest Fund Administrator Society S.A.A.
