File No. 2024051787 initiated by EAFC
Maquisistema S.A., as well as Report No. 135-2025-SMV/10.2 dated January 28, 2025; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 032-2023-SMV/10.2 dated March 10, 2023, the collective fund program named "A2" was authorized, as well as its respective contract models to be used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through writings presented until January 23, 2025, EAFC Maquisistema S.A. requested authorization for the modification of the administration contracts of collective funds used in the management of the "A2" program; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that EAFC Maquisistema S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in article 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Administrator Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, for the authorization of modifications to the administration contracts of collective funds used for the administration of the "A2" program, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 135-2025- SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in article 38, numeral 5, items ix) and x), of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence.

Article 1st.- Authorize the modification of the administration contracts of collective funds used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. in the management of the "A2" program and order their registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2nd.- The modifications referred to in the preceding article shall enter into effect as of February 1, 2025.
Article 3.- EAFC Maquisistema S.A. must comply with making the communication indicated in the last paragraph of article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Administrator Companies no later than the day following the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- The modifications referred to in article 1 of this resolution shall be applicable to groups that are formed after their entry into effect.
Article 5th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 6th.- Transcribe this resolution to EAFC
