File No. 2024051775 initiated by EAFC
Maquisistema S.A., as well as Report No. 131-2025-SMV/10.2 dated January 28, 2025; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 007-2023-SMV/10.2 dated January 13, 2023, the special collective fund program named "C2" was authorized, as well as its respective contract model to be used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, by writings presented until January 23, 2025, EAFC Maquisistema S.A. requested authorization for the modification of the administration contract of collective funds used in the management of the "C2" program; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that EAFC Maquisistema S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in article 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Managing Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, for the authorization of modifications to the administration contract of collective funds used in the management of the "C2" program, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 131- 2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is established in article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix) and x), of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence.

Article 1st.- Authorize the modification of the administration contract of collective funds used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. in the management of the "C2" program and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2nd.- The modifications referred to in the preceding article will enter into effect from February 1, 2025.
Article 3.- EAFC Maquisistema S.A. must comply with making the communication indicated in the last paragraph of article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Managing Companies no later than the day after being notified with this resolution.
Article 4th.- The modifications referred to in article 1 of this resolution will be applicable for groups formed after their entry into effect.
Article 5th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 6th.- Transcribe this resolution to EAFC
