The file No. 2025056143 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 257-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented up to February 26, 2026, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence the registration of modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos SURA Bonos Globales FMIV"; That, the modifications subject of the request refer to the investment objective, performance comparison indicator, benefit distribution, indebtedness, minimum redemption amount and holding period, scheduled redemption, assignment of share value, means and hours of service, the contribution for SMV supervision, other particular aspects of the Fund, risks, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 257-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos SURA Bonos Globales FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on March 19, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Fondos
