File No. 2025006556 and what is stated in Report No. 248-2025-SMV/10.2 signed on February 19, 2025; CONSIDERING:
That, the "Fondo de Fondos de Participación y Crecimiento Internacional (PC Internacional) FMIV" is a mutual fund registered in the Public Registry of the Securities Market – RPMV under the supervision of the Securities Market Superintendence (hereinafter, SMV) on November 08, 2022, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 121-2022- SMV/10.2, and began operations on April 19, 2023; That, through Superintendent Resolution No. 136- 2024-SMV/02 of November 08, 2024, the operating authorization of Blanco ex Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. was revoked and, consequently, said company was excluded from the corresponding section of the RPMV under the competence of the SMV. This was due to the persistence of non-compliance with necessary requirements for its operation and for operating; That, through Adjunct Superintendent Resolution SMV No. 059-2024-SMV/10 of December 03, 2024, the call for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Non-Presential Participants of the "Fondo de Fondos de Participación y Crecimiento Internacional (PC Internacional) FMIV" was ordered, for the day December 17, 2024, in the first call and December 20, 2024, in the second call; That, in said meeting no agreements were taken on transferring or liquidating the "Fondo de Fondos de Participación y Crecimiento Internacional (PC Internacional) FMIV", resulting in the need to call for a new Extraordinary General Meeting of Non-Presential Participants; That, through Adjunct Superintendent Resolution SMV No. 007-2025-SMV/10 of January 29, 2025, the call for an Extraordinary General Meeting of Non-Presential Participants of the mutual fund was ordered, for February 10, 2025, in the first call and February 13, 2025, in the second call. Regarding this, in the first call, the liquidation of the "Fondo de Fondos de Participación y Crecimiento Internacional (PC Internacional) FMIV" was agreed upon;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, it corresponds to call natural or legal persons for the designation of a liquidator as established in article 182 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrating Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its modifying norms and article 267 of the Single Text of the Order of the Law of the Securities Market, approved by Supreme Decree No. 020-2023-EF; Being in accordance with what is provided in article 37 of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011- EF. RESOLVES:
Article 1°.- Call for the selection of the liquidator of
the "Fondo de Fondos de Participación y Crecimiento Internacional (PC Internacional) FMIV".
Article 2°.- Approve the bases for the selection of the
liquidating entity which are attached to this resolution as an Annex.
Article 3°.- Transmit this resolution to Blanco ex
Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C. and to Mrs. María Luisa Aguirre Salazar.
Article 4°.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
