HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025006556 and what is stated in
Memorandum No. 1067-2025-SMV/10.2 signed on March 17, 2025;

CONSIDERING:

That, through General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 043-2025-SMV/10.2, the Terms and Conditions for the Selection Process of the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC International) FMIV" (hereinafter, TERMS) were approved;

That, the schedule of the TERMS was modified by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 048-2025- SMV/10.2;

That, Alva Legal Asesoría Empresarial S.A.C., Consultores A-1 S.A.C. and OF&A S.A.C. presented themselves as applicants in sealed envelopes to the Securities Market Superintendence;

That, through Memorandum No. 1067-2025-SMV/10.2 of March 17, 2025, the Selection Committee communicated that, after the evaluation of the proposals, OF&A S.A.C. has been the winner of the selection process for the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC International) FMIV";

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011- EF.

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Designate OF&A S.A.C. as the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC International) FMIV".

Article 2nd.- Transmit this resolution to OF&A S.A.C., to Blanco S.A.C. (formerly Blanco Fund Administrator Society S.A.C.) and to María Luisa Aguirre Salazar.
