File 2026002525, submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXII FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024035890 on August 20, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 2 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025030291 on July 10, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Tesoro Americano Dólares", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 3 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025030293 on July 10, 2025, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Tesoro Americano Dólares", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c); That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator submitted the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term corresponds; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml Based on the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXII FMIV",
"Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 2 FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 3 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence
(www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its
capacity as custodian.
