The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025056084 and General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 047-2026-SMV/10.2 of March 10, 2026.

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 047-2026-SMV/10.2 of March 10, 2026, it was decided to call for the selection of a liquidator for the "Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC Internacional) FMIV" and the bases for the selection of the liquidator were approved;

That, the liquidator selection process is detailed in the document titled "Bases of the call for the selection of the liquidator of the 'Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC Internacional) FMIV'". This process is carried out according to an activity schedule according to the stages of the call;

That, in order to promote the effectiveness of the aforementioned selection process, it is necessary to modify the schedule of the call;

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of the Regulations on Organization and Functioning of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF.

RESOLVES:

Article 1. - Modify Annex No. 02 Schedule of the Call, contained in the "Bases of the call for the selection of the liquidator of the 'Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC Internacional) FMIV'", according to the annex that is integrated into this resolution.

Article 2. - Additionally, modify section VIII. "Liquidator Selection Committee" of the Bases of the call for the selection of the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds for International Participation and Growth (PC Internacional) FMIV" only with respect to the members of the selection committee:

1. Miss Katherine Mónica Serna Huaricapcha, who will preside over it.
2. Mr. Héctor Arturo Calderón Balvin; and,

3. Mr. Juan Carlos Romero Galindo.

Article 3. - Transmit this resolution to Blanco S.A.C. in Liquidation and to OF & A S.A.C.

Article 4. - Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Supervisory Board (www.gob.pe/smv).
