CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Inversiones Smart $ I FMIV", was registered via General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 111-2023-SMV/10.2 on September 27, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Smart $ Investment Program", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Institutional Renta Soles 1Y II FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024010197 on March 11, 2024, in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Renta Dólares 6M 27 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2025027584 on June 24 2025, as part of the mutual fund program named "Program of Mutual Funds of Dollar Income IV", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that the exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases of article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the duration term of the fund as established in literal c) 1; That, Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A. presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is appropriate due to expiration of term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "SF Institutional Renta Soles 1Y II FMIV", "SF
Inversiones Smart $ I FMIV" and "SF Renta Dólares 6M 27 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Scotia
Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
