File No. 2026006437 initiated by Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 530-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Adjunct Superintendence of Prudential Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until April 06, 2026, Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence for authorization of the program to be named "Santander Planifica+" and its respective contract model; That, from the evaluation of the presented documentation, it has been determined that Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in articles 19, 20 and 95 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 020-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This, for the authorization of the program to be named "Santander Planifica+" and its respective contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 530-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix and x, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Authorize the program named "Santander Planifica+", as well as its respective contract model, and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV.
