The file No. 2025054825 initiated by Faro Capital Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 627-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until April 23, 2026, Faro Capital Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register the mutual fund named "Fondo de Fondos Faro Capital Flexible FMIV", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Faro Capital Fund Administrator Company S.A. complies with what is established in: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) the Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 627-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established by article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos Faro Capital Flexible FMIV", its
simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the section corresponding to the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence
recommends the subscription of quotas of the cited mutual investment fund in securities or opines favorably on its profitability or quality.
Article 3.- Faro Capital Fund Administrator Company S.A. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence, the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation,
including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days of the notification of this resolution.
Article 4.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5.- Transcribe this resolution to Faro Capital Fund Administrator Company S.A. and to the Credit Bank of Peru S.A.A
– BCP, in its capacity as custodian.
