The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores orders the registration of a modification to the participation regulations of the "Coril Instrumentos Financieros 5 – Fondo de Inversión" investment fund, specifically concerning its duration. Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit the updated regulations to the regulator within fifteen business days of notification and disseminate the modification to investors within fifteen calendar days of notification via the channels established in the fund's regulations.
