Intendancy Resolution for General Supervision of Entities No. 88-2026-SMV/10.2 Lima, May 22, 2026

SEEN:
The file No. 2026008622 initiated by Blum Asset Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 783-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Intendancy for Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through documents submitted up to May 19, 2026, Blum Asset Management Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Blum Cash Mutual Fund," in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, the modifications subject of the request refer mainly to the typology and denomination of the fund, which will become a fund of funds, its objective and investment policy, the criterion for assigning the share value, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Blum Asset Management Company S.A. has complied with what is provided in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 783-2026-SMV/10.2;

And,

Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 38, numeral 6) of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications to the simplified prospectus and to the annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Blum Cash Mutual Fund," which hereinafter will be named "Blum Cash Fund of Funds Mutual Fund," in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation referred to in Article 1 of this resolution will enter into force on June 2, 2026.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Blum Asset Management Company S.A. and to the Credit Bank of Peru, in its capacity as custodian.
