File 2025022402, submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LVIII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024002796 on January 23, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXI FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024035888 on August 20, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Dólar Seguro II FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024048648 on November 25, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Dólar Seguro", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Dólar Seguro 3 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024050482 on December 10, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Dólar Seguro", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations for Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases set forth in article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with writings submitted on May 16, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator submitted the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is required due to the expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LVIII FMIV",
"Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXI FMIV", "Credicorp Capital 3M Dólar Seguro II FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital 3M Dólar Seguro 3 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp
