The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026016490 initiated by El Clan EAFC S.A., as well as Report No. 858-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings presented until May 21, 2026, El Clan EAFC S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) for the authorization of the program to be named Special Program "V03" and its respective contract model;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that El Clan EAFC S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 24 and 95 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Managing Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 020-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This is for the authorization of the program to be named Special Program "V03" and its respective contract model, as well as for its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 858-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix and x, of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence.

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Authorize the program named Special Program "V03", as well as its respective contract model and order its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to El Clan EAFC S.A.
