SEEN:
The File No. 2025021696 initiated by PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A., as well as Report No. 886-2025-SMV/10.2 dated July 1, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy;

CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until June 27, 2025, PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. requested the registration of the mutual fund named "Prudential Renta Soles FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. has complied with what is provided in: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Administrative Procedures Text of the Securities Market Superintendency, as developed in Report No. 886-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to what is provided by article 1°, subsection b) of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its amending norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Superintendency; approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the investment in securities mutual fund named "Prudential Renta Soles FMIV", its simplified
prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1
of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendency recommends the subscription of quotas of said mutual investment fund or opines favorably on its profitability or quality.

Article 3rd.- PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. shall send to the Securities Market Superintendency the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation,
including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) business days of the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to
PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Peru S.A.A, in its capacity as custodian.
