File 2025026609, presented by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Society; CONSIDERING:
That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXI FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024010144 on March 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the securities mutual investment fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXIV FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024035894 on August 20, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and Their Administrator Societies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATION, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with writings presented on June 17, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Society presented the Custody Letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATION has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is required due to the expiration of the term; and, Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities mutual investment funds named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXI FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXXIV FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Society and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
