The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026030695 initiated by Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A, as well as Report No. 1193-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 173-2025-SMV/10.2 of October 10, 2025, the registration of the investment fund named "Coril Priority Soles 4 – Investment Fund" was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market, as well as its respective participation regulations;

That, in accordance with what is established by Article 45 of the Regulations for Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, an administrating company may request the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the participation regulations corresponding to the fund under its administration;

That, through writings presented until July 10, 2026, Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. requested the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Priority Soles 4 – Investment Fund" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market, referring to the denomination, duration term, number of shares, maximum equity, investment objective, investment policy, and expenses of the aforementioned fund, among others.

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. has complied with what is established in Articles 44, 45, and 46 of the Regulations for Investment Funds and their Administrating Companies; as well as with what is stated in the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence,

approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1193-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established by Article 1, subsection b), of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126, and its modifying norms; and Article 38, numeral 6) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the registration of modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund named "Coril Priority Soles 4 – Investment Fund", which will be renamed "Coril Renta Prime Soles 26 – Investment Fund", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must submit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the participation regulations with the effective date, within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) business days from the notification of this resolution.

Article 3.- Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A. must disseminate the modifications to the participation regulations of the investment fund mentioned in Article 1 of this resolution, through one of the information means established in the respective participation regulations, within fifteen (15) calendar days following the notification of this resolution.

Article 4.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo Coril Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.
