CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLVIII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2023043699 on October 18, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program called "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLIII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2023036706 on August 24, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program called "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator presented the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term corresponds; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLVIII FMIV"
and "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado XLIII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market
Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Credicorp
Capital S.A. Fund Administrator and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
