The File No. 2025028953 initiated by Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 936-2024- SMV/10.2 of July 14, 2024; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 040-2025-SMV/10.2 of February 14, 2025, the collective fund program named "Santander Tradicional" was authorized, as well as its respective contract model to be used by Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through writings submitted until July 14, 2025, Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested authorization for the modification of the "Santander Tradicional" program and the contract model used in the management of said program; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in articles 29 and 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, for the authorization of the modifications to the "Santander Tradicional" program and the contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 936-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is established in article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix) and x), of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence

Article 1st.- Authorize the modification of the program
"Santander Tradicional", which will be renamed "Santander 60", and of the model of contract used by Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. in the management of said program, and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2nd.- The modifications referred to in the preceding
article will enter into force on the next business day following the communication that
indicates the last paragraph of article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies.
Article 3rd.- The modifications referred to in article
1st of this resolution will be applicable for the groups that are formed after its entry into force.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to
Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A.
