The file No. 2025027950 initiated by Grupo Coril Fund Administrator Company S.A.; CONSIDERING:
That, on August 11, 2025, the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities ordered the registration of the investment fund denominated "Coril Retail Dólares 13 – Investment Fund", as well as its respective participation regulations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, this Intendancy notes that the resolution by virtue of which the registration mentioned in the previous paragraph was carried out, presents a material error in its numbering. This is because the number of the aforementioned resolution was recorded as "No. 140-2025-SMV/10.2", when it should have read "No. 141-2025-SMV/10.2", for which reason it is necessary to rectify it; That, what is stated constitutes a material error according to what is provided in article 212, numeral 212.1, of the Single Consolidated Text of Law No. 27444 – General Administrative Procedure Law, approved by Supreme Decree No. 004-2019-JUS, since it does not alter the substantial content of the resolution, nor the meaning of the decision, and therefore it must be rectified; That, likewise, according to what is provided in article 212, numeral 212.2 of the Single Consolidated Text of Law No. 27444, the rectification adopts the forms and modalities of communication or publication that were considered for the original act, for which reason it corresponds to this Intendancy to issue the respective resolution; and, That, being in accordance with what is provided in article 38, numerals 6 and 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

Article 1st.- Rectify the material error contained in the
number of the resolution that ordered the registration of the investment fund named "Coril Retail Dólares 13 – Investment Fund", as well as its respective participation regulations, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; the same which states "General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 140-2025- SMV/10.2", and should state: "General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 141-2025-SMV/10.2".
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo
