The General Intendant of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2024046090 submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator Company and Report No. 1557-2024- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 104-2023-SMV/10.2 of September 05, 2023, the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 12 FMIV", which is part of the mutual fund program named "BBVA Súper Dólares Mutual Fund Program", was ordered in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to the expiration of its duration term, as developed in Report No. 1557-2024- SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 12 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator Company and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
