The File No. 2024043576 initiated by Autoplan
Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1612-2024- SMV/10.2 of December 2, 2024 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy; CONSIDERING:
That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 092-2017-SMV/10.2 of June 20, 2017, the collective fund program named "Plan 21" was authorized, as well as its respective contract model to be used by Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. for its administration, and its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence was ordered; That, through writings presented up to December 2, 2024, Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested authorization for the modification of the "Plan 21" program and the administration contract model used in the management of said program; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in articles 29 and 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, for the authorization of the modification of the "Plan 21" program and its respective administration contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV, as developed in Report No. 1612-2024-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in article 38°, numeral 5, subsections ix) and x) of the Regulations of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence.

Article 1°.- Approve the modification of the "Plan 21" program and its respective administration contract model, used by Autoplan Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. in the management of said program and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2°.- The modifications referred to in the
preceding article will enter into force on the next business day following the communication indicated in the last paragraph of article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies.
Article 3°.- The modifications referred to in article
1° of this resolution will be applicable for the groups that are formed after its entry into force.
Article 4°.- Order the dissemination of this
resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5°.- Transcribe this resolution to Autoplan
