The file No. 2026036553 initiated by PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C., as well as Report No. 1647-2026- SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through documents submitted until October 13, 2026, PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the Administration Contract, as well as to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Renta Variable Global Fund of Funds FMIV"; That, the modifications mainly refer to the elimination of series B and the incorporation of series P, as well as the grounds and the procedure for termination of the Administration Contract, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. has complied with the provisions of: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1647-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Administration Contract, Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Renta Variable Global Fund of Funds FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Administration
Contract, Simplified Prospectus and to the Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on October 29, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transmit this resolution to
