File No. 2024051189 initiated by EAFC
Maquisistema S.A., as well as Report No. 1713-2024-SMV/10.2 dated December 20, 2024; CONSIDERING:
That, through Management Resolution No. 003-2000- SMV/10.2 dated January 14, 2000, the collective fund program denominated “M3” was authorized, as well as its respective contract models to be used by EAFC Maquisistema S.A. for its administration, and its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV was ordered; That, through writings submitted up to December 13, 2024, EAFC Maquisistema S.A. requested the authorization and incorporation of a new contract model for the administration of collective funds to be used in the management of the “M3” program; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that EAFC Maquisistema S.A. has complied with: (i) what is provided in
Article 30 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and their Managing Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the
Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, for the authorization of a contract model for the administration of collective funds to be used in the management of the “M3” program, as well as for its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 1713- 2024-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 5, items ix) and x), of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence.

Article 1st.- Authorize an additional collective fund administration contract model
to be used in the management of the “M3” program and dispose of its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the Securities Market Superintendence.
Article 2nd.- The contract model referred to in the
preceding article shall enter into force on the next business day following the communication indicated in the last paragraph of Article 32 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and their Managing Companies.
Article 3rd.- The contract model referred to in
Article 1 of this resolution shall apply to the groups that are formed
after its entry into force.
Article 4th.- Dispose of the dissemination of this resolution
on the Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to EAFC
