The file No. 2025034742 initiated by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 1433- 2025-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until October 7, 2025, BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Generación de Flujo FMIV", referring to the denomination, objective and investment policy, the indicator of comparison of returns, increase in the unified commission, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Management Company has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115- 2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 1433-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Generación de Flujo FMIV",

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml which hereinafter shall be named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Global Financial Debt FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Generación de Flujo FMIV", which hereinafter shall be denominated "Fondo de Fondos BBVA Global Financial Debt FMIV", will enter into force on October 28, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to BBVA
