File 2025033579, submitted by Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF XXIX Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024020020 on May 2, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV Mutual Fund Program", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 30 Rendimiento Global 332 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024024890 on June 4, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV Mutual Fund Program", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF 34 Rendimiento Global 182 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024050843 on December 12, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Fondo de Fondos IF Rendimiento Global FMIV Mutual Fund Program", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATION, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1; That, Interfondos S.A. Fund Administrator submitted the Custodian Letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term is appropriate; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities
named “Fondo de Fondos IF XXIX Rendimiento Global 360 FMIV”, “Fondo de Fondos IF 30 Rendimiento Global 332 FMIV” and “Fondo de Fondos IF 34 Rendimiento Global 182 FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to
