File No. 2025042383 initiated by Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1666-2025-SMV/10.2 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until November 19, 2025, Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the administration contract applicable to all mutual investment funds in securities that are under its administration; That, said modifications refer to the clause on the origin of funds, the regime of co-ownership of participation units, the grounds for contract termination, among others; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Grupo Coril Fund Management Company S.A. complies with what is established by: (i) Article 55 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies and their amendments; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 1666-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, paragraph 6, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the administration contract applicable to all mutual investment funds in securities

Article 2.- The modifications to the administration
contract indicated in the preceding Article 1 enter into effect on December 10 of 2025.
Article 3.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4.- Transcribe this resolution to Grupo
