HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025049022 submitted by LXG
Asset Managment S.A. Investment Fund Administrator Company and the Report No. 1854-2025-SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Intendancy of Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, by General Supervision of Entities Intendancy Resolution No. 012-2016-SMV/10.2 of February 15, 2016, the registration of the investment fund named "LXG Amazon Reforestry Fund, FI", as well as its corresponding Participation Regulation, was ordered under the General Regime in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, compliance with Article
120 letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, has been verified, whereby the investment fund is excluded by decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Participants, as developed in Report No. 1854-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Given the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the investment fund
named "LXG Amazon Reforestry Fund, FI" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this
resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv)

Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to
LXG Asset Managment S.A. Investment Fund Administrator Company.
