CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXVII FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024020659 on May 6, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Cupón Escalonado", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXIII FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024029617 on July 9, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXX FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024025765 on June 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated "Cupón Escalonado", in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c); That, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator presented the custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds due to expiration of term is appropriate; and,

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml BEING IN ACCORDANCE with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment funds in securities named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXVII FMIV",
"Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXXIII FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Cupón Escalonado LXX FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
