The File No. 2025052469 initiated by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 55-2026- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Superintendent; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 8 of 2026, Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. requested the registration of the mutual fund named "Scotia Fund of Funds Emerging Markets Debt FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has determined that Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. has complied with what is established in: (i) articles 37, 38, 39, 68 and 69 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, as developed in Report No. 55-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 1°, subsection b) of the Unified Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and its modifying norms; as well as article 38, items 6) and 7) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence; approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the securities investment mutual fund
named "Scotia Fund of Funds Emerging Markets Debt FMIV", its simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market
Superintendence recommends the subscription of quotas of the aforementioned mutual investment fund in securities or opines favorably on its profitability or quality.
Article 3rd.- Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. must send to the Securities Market
Superintendence the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transmit this resolution to Scotia
Fondos Mutual Fund Management Company S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish. Armando Manco Manco General Superintendent General Supervision of Entities
