File 2025047823, submitted by Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A.; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Inversiones Smart $ II FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024030712 on July 17, 2024, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which is the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in subsection c) 1; That, Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A. submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund due to the expiration of its term is required; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "SF Inversiones Smart $ II FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to Scotia Fondos Mutual Fund Administrator Society S.A. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
