The File No. 2024045876 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company, as well as Report No. 47-2025- SMV/10.2 dated January 10, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities Intendancy; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until January 9, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company requested the registration of a structured mutual fund program named "Cupón Memoria Soles", as well as the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Memoria Soles I FMIV", within the framework of said program, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been verified that Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company has complied with what is established in: (i) articles 37, 38, 45-A, 45-B, 45-C and 45-D, 73 and 74 of the Regulation of Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; and (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence; as developed in Report No. 47-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided by article 38, paragraphs 6 and 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual fund
program named "Cupón Memoria Soles" and the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Cupón Memoria Soles I FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in Article 1
of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml recommends the subscription of shares of the aforementioned securities investment mutual fund or does not express favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.
Article 3rd.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund
Administrator Company must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the program, simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period no greater than ten (10) working days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
in the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
