The file No. 2025051983 initiated by PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Company S.A.C., as well as Report No. 53-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until January 15, 2026, PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Company S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Global Distributive Strategy Global Fund of Funds FMIV"; That, the modifications refer to the concept of the category "Financial Entities" which is within the investment policy, to the regulation of significant redemptions and to the minimum holding amount for the series B; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Company S.A.C. has complied with what is provided in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 53-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided by Article 38, paragraph 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Global Distributive Strategy Global Fund of Funds FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and to the Annex to the Participation Regulation of the fund mentioned in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 4, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to
