The file No. 2025051981 initiated by PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C., as well as Report No. 73-2026-SMV/10.2, drafted by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 14, 2026, PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Short-Term Dollars FMIV"; That, the modifications refer to the elimination of Series B and its replacement by Series P, to the investment objective, the investment policy and the regulation of significant redemptions, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. has complied with what is provided in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 73-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is provided by Article 38, item 6, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund of securities named "Prudential Short-Term Dollars FMIV", in the section corresponding to the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and to the Annex to the Participation Regulation of the fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 4, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to
PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian. Register, communicate and publish. Armando Manco Manco General Superintendent General Supervision of Entities
