HAVING SEEN:

The file No. 2025051984 initiated by PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C., as well as Report No. 72-2026-SMV/10.2, prepared by the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings presented until January 16, 2026, PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to register modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Renta Dólares FMIV";

That, the modifications refer to the average duration of the portfolio, the level of leverage of operations, and the regulation of significant redemptions, among others;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. has complied with what is provided in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Societies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 72-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being subject to what is provided by Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Prudential Renta Dólares FMIV", in the section corresponding to the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and to the Annex to the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 9, 2026.

Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to
PrudentialSAF Fund Administrator Society S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Perú S.A.A., in its capacity as custodian.
