The file No. 2025055551, submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF; CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Super Dollars 19 FMIV", was registered via file No. 2024027261 on June 24, 2024 in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term as established in letter c); That, BBVA Asset Management S.A. SAF, submitted the custodian letter for the exclusion of the aforementioned fund from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to expiration of the term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Organization and Functions Regulations of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 19 FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities
Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the
Portal of the Securities Market of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to BBVA Asset
Management S.A. SAF and to Banco BBVA Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
